How to Request a Refund

  1. Email contact@getspeakup.app with your order reference or the email used during purchase.
  2. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  3. The refund is issued to your original payment method via Creem (our payment processor).

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your license key will be deactivated.
  • SpeakUp will revert to trial mode (or stop recording if the trial has expired).
  • Your settings and preferences are preserved — if you decide to purchase again later, everything will be as you left it.

Why 30 Days?

SpeakUp includes a free 14-day trial, so most buyers have already tested the app. The 30-day guarantee gives you extra peace of mind — even after purchasing, you have another full month to make sure it fits your workflow.

Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed by Creem OÜ (Estonia), which acts as the Merchant of Record for SpeakUp. Creem handles payment processing, VAT, and invoicing.
